My Brother's Lion
My wife and I lost our newborn child at a very young age. I was never able to deal with my grief until our second child was born many years later. Before bedtime, I would tell him stories about his older brother, his magical lion, and the adventures they had together. In this way found a new way to bring his older brother to life and thus was born my very first children's book.
Talking to children about grief is one of the toughest challenges we can face. "My Brother's Lion" was written to open up a discussion about the loss of a loved one with a child.
